These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the EchoPass service, published by SWEBETECH, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €25,000, SIRET 920 980 307 00010, 248 rue de l'Est, 69290 CRAPONNE (France) (hereinafter "the Publisher"). By creating an account or using the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
Access to the service is reserved for adults (18 years or older) or duly authorised legal entities. Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity conducted from your account.
EchoPass is an automated deferred messaging service. It allows users to:

EchoPass offers a free plan and paid plans (Premium, Lifetime) whose features and prices are detailed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscriptions are commitment-free and cancellable at any time, effective at the end of the current period. The Lifetime plan provides unlimited access for the duration of the service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion results in permanent erasure of your data within 30 days. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
The Publisher strives to ensure service availability 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may be performed with prior notice. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of result regarding the actual delivery of messages in the event of technical failure.
The Publisher shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including failure to trigger a send due to technical outage, user configuration error, or force majeure. Users acknowledge that the critical nature of the service requires them to regularly verify that their settings are functioning correctly.
All elements of the EchoPass service (interface, software, brand, logo) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Content written by users remains their property; they grant the Publisher a limited licence strictly for the purposes of executing the service (encryption, storage, delivery).
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any significant change will be notified by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account free of charge.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. In accordance with consumer protection law, you may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
