All elements of the EchoPass website (text, graphics, software, images, sounds, plans, names, logos) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the publisher.
EchoPass strives to ensure continuous availability of the service, but cannot guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions, errors or data loss. The publisher shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
